Have reached out to customer service using different methods multiple times for an exchange due to a problem with the package and still no response. Keep this in mind if you think there’s any reason you may want to return or exchange your item.
It’s gentle enough to use everyday but exfoliates just enough. I look forward to my showers way more now!!
