Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed. You may still return the item in accordance with our return policy; return shipping costs will apply.
