I placed an order back in november and still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them 5 times before i got a reply and since then i haven’t received any updates about my order. Instead im getting dozens of emails trying to get me to rate the product that I never received. so im basically being ghosted by the company and have no way to get my money back and who knows if my package will ever show up at this point (i doubt it). so if anyone in customer service is seeing this : CHECK YOUR DAMN EMAIL AND EITHER SEND ME A NEW PACKAGE OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
I never received the item it somehow got lost during shipping. Reached out immediately once i noticed the tracking information wasn’t updating. They investigated and found it was lost offered a replacement or refund. Decided to do refund as they were suppose to be gifts. Here we are 25 days later; im continuing to be asked to do a review on an order i didn’t receive, no refund, reached out again and no response. Im just contacting my bank Monday morning and sending all evidence so that i can get my money back. This company was highly recommended and now im never doing business with them again because of this.
I only received 3 and I ordered 6. They replied and asked for a picture. I sent that but never got a reply. It's been over a week now. I am disputing with my bank and reporting to the BBB and FTC
