Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and seals intact.

  • The product is incorrect, damaged, or not as described.

  • Exchanges are available for a different color of the African Exfoliating Net Sponge or a replacement for another item of equal value.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@bellanomi.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos or videos if applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item received or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, including changes of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours or after shipment may be subject to return postage.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or videos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assess the issue and either send a replacement or process a refund.
