Can I change my order after placing it?

We allow up to 48 hours after placing your order to request changes. If your order has already shipped, we cannot make modifications.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours without fees. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. To request a cancellation, email info@bellanomi.com.

My order was automatically canceled (fulfilled by TikTok). Why?

TikTok may cancel orders due to payment failures or stock shortages. You can place a new order with a different color selection or order directly from our website. For any concerns, email info@bellanomi.com.

SHIPPING

Which countries do you offer shipping to?

Bellanomi now ships to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean Islands, Europe, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey, Qatar, Australia, and New Zealand. We are also considering expanding to additional countries in Asia based on customer demand. International shipping is currently available exclusively on our website, with Amazon international shipping coming soon.

What is the shipping price?

Free shipping is provided for orders over $75, while a flat rate of $5.99 USD applies to orders under that threshold.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically fulfilled within two to four business days (Monday–Friday) before being shipped. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email with delivery estimates.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at info@bellanomi.com or call +1 423-464-6417. We may be able to update your address before the order ships.

My order was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive anything. What should I do?

● Check all possible delivery locations, including your mailbox, porch, garage, or back door. 

● Sometimes, couriers mark packages as delivered once they reach the nearest post office. Allow up to three business days for final delivery. 

● If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact info@bellanomi.com.

What should I do if my package is lost in transit?

If your package shows no tracking updates for 5 business days, please contact info@bellanomi.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

What if I want a sponge color that is currently out of stock?

We work hard with our supplier to restock your favorite colors as quickly as possible. You can sign up for our newsletter on our website to receive notifications about product launches and other special promotions or email info@bellanomi.com to inquire about upcoming availability.

Returns

Can I get a refund if the product I bought doesn’t work?

If you receive a damaged item, discover that something is missing from your shipment, or if a purchased item does not match your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@bellanomi.com. Keep the tag, box, and packaging that the item came in.

Can I return an item if I change my mind? 

Due to the nature of personal care items, we do not accept returns on used products. If your item is unused and in its original packaging, please contact info@bellanomi.com within 48 hours of delivery for return approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

I need a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item. How do I proceed?

Please provide a picture of the damaged or incorrect item along with the packing slip and email it to info@bellanomi.com. We’ll process a replacement as soon as possible.

Frayed knots on my net sponge—what should I do?

Since our sponges are handmade, slight variations may occur. Please share an image of the issue by emailing info@bellanomi.com, and we’ll address it with our production team.

What’s the difference between the Original and Sensitive Net Sponges?

The regular African Net Sponge has more knots for deeper exfoliation, while the sensitive version has fewer knots and larger holes for a gentler cleanse. Both effectively remove dead skin cells, but the sensitive version is better suited for delicate skin.

How do I clean my African Net Sponge before using it?

1. Prepare a pot of hot water and add white vinegar. 

2. Soak the sponge for about 3 minutes. 

3. Remove and place it in the washer. 

4. Add detergent and run a speed wash cycle on high heat. 

5. Once washed, hang the sponge to dry. 

Repeat this deep clean every two months. 

How do I care for my African Net Sponge?

● Rinse thoroughly after each use and hang to dry in a ventilated area.

● Machine wash every 1–2 months with towels or other bathroom essentials.

● Avoid fabric softeners, as they may affect the sponge’s texture.

My net sponge feels stiff and doesn’t stretch. Is that normal?

Yes! The sponge may feel stiff when new but will soften and stretch up to 45 inches with regular use. 

Why does my net sponge have a slit down the middle?

This design allows for better stretching, making it easier to reach areas like your back. The sponge is meant to remain flat for optimal use.

How long does an African Net Sponge last?

With proper care, it can last up to five years—much longer than a loofah! For best exfoliation with regular use, we recommend switching out your net sponge every 18–24 months.

What makes the African Net Sponge different from other exfoliating tools?

Unlike loofahs, the African Net Sponge has a mesh design that dries quickly, reducing bacteria buildup. It also provides superior exfoliation because of the knots within the mesh. It’s durable, it can last for up to 2 years.
