Orders
We allow up to 48 hours after placing your order to request changes. If your order has already shipped, we cannot make modifications.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours without fees. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. To request a cancellation, email info@bellanomi.com.

Bellanomi now ships to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean Islands, Europe, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey, Qatar, Australia, and New Zealand. We are also considering expanding to additional countries in Asia based on customer demand. International shipping is currently available exclusively on our website, with Amazon international shipping coming soon.
Free shipping is provided for orders over $75, while a flat rate of $5.99 USD applies to orders under that threshold.
Orders are typically fulfilled within two to four business days (Monday–Friday) before being shipped. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email with delivery estimates.

Returns
If you receive a damaged item, discover that something is missing from your shipment, or if a purchased item does not match your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@bellanomi.com. Keep the tag, box, and packaging that the item came in.
Due to the nature of personal care items, we do not accept returns on used products. If your item is unused and in its original packaging, please contact info@bellanomi.com within 48 hours of delivery for return approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please provide a picture of the damaged or incorrect item along with the packing slip and email it to info@bellanomi.com. We’ll process a replacement as soon as possible.
Since our sponges are handmade, slight variations may occur. Please share an image of the issue by emailing info@bellanomi.com, and we’ll address it with our production team.
Products
The regular African Net Sponge has more knots for deeper exfoliation, while the sensitive version has fewer knots and larger holes for a gentler cleanse. Both effectively remove dead skin cells, but the sensitive version is better suited for delicate skin.
1. Prepare a pot of hot water and add white vinegar.
2. Soak the sponge for about 3 minutes.
3. Remove and place it in the washer.
4. Add detergent and run a speed wash cycle on high heat.
5. Once washed, hang the sponge to dry.
Repeat this deep clean every two months.
● Rinse thoroughly after each use and hang to dry in a ventilated area.
● Machine wash every 1–2 months with towels or other bathroom essentials.
● Avoid fabric softeners, as they may affect the sponge’s texture.
Yes! The sponge may feel stiff when new but will soften and stretch up to 45 inches with regular use.
This design allows for better stretching, making it easier to reach areas like your back. The sponge is meant to remain flat for optimal use.
With proper care, it can last up to five years—much longer than a loofah! For best exfoliation with regular use, we recommend switching out your net sponge every 18–24 months.
